Tv not working properly

Every time I was watching something on Netflix or any other app it will close it and go back to the Home Screen. But after I called on tv they told me what to do and the problem was solved by unplugging the tv and pressing the on/off button for 30 seconds. After that it was back to normal. User's recommendation: Still happy with my Onn tv.
