Cant access my acct

All I got was a congratulations for being a "pissed customer " letter and earned 50 points. I wasn't peeved until now! I just need in my account and change my email. I have a credit and just sent in new bag and can't access any of it. Can't find help anywhere that has a solution. Just labeled as a "pissed" customer.
