I sent a Gucci bag to be sold. The bag wasnt listed. They said it was not in good condition. This is not true. I have sent other handbags in worse condition and they sold. I believe they keep luxury items. I tried to get my bag back but they said I couldnt because I didnt pay for return assurance. I offered to pay to get my bag back but nothing User's recommendation: Do not send any luxury items.
