My box hasn’t arrive and its been a week in a 1/2?

I placed my 3 item order on June 7th. Today is evening of June 18th and there has been absolutely NO COMMUNICATION regarding the status or location of my order! Horrible customer service!!! I have been completely unable locate a phone number to chat with a person for the past 3 days!! Very upset. This evening I gave up and contacted my credit company to dispute the charges instead! Be VERY cautious when ordering!!!hor User's recommendation: HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DON'T USE!!!

》 The fact that thredup doesn’t have a customer service number is beyond me. I can’t get onto their website, or app. They are the only company that I have ever seen, that doesn’t have a phone number to.
