I only received a txt message that my parcel is already at La Trinidad Branch Balili Road. I would suggest to pls indicate exactly what branch! It took an hour to wait for my number to be called! then when it;s my turn, the staff said it's on the other branch! IT's REALLY a WASTE of TIME!. then when i went to to the said branch, again..... aaaa LOOONG QUEUE!!. buti sana kung my consideration, so you want us to wait for another one or two?????? sayang oras!! User's recommendation: try other branches.
