REGARDING FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL

I called 4times, a lady answered but it was intercepted I got cut off from the line I called again the same lady and I thought it will be fine at that time, again it was cut off, I called again and the same thing the same conversations the same questions were asked and finally I had to cut the call since I was calling from abroad. I just want to complain about my items which has been really late already and no updates from their tracking system after 6days of the arrival of the item
