Need loan canceled

I am not even sure if this is my account . Ok purchased 3 tickets to my chemical romance and need this loan canceled please . They are for a year away . Please try to help me with this problem I am very surprised how hard it is to get this problem taken care of . I am asking to cancel a loan .
