Bad Delivery Service Bad Customer Service

Been a customer a little over a year so the missed deliveries started every time I would call customer service to change the amount of bottle cases which had nothing to do with the normal delivery date. They have missed 3 times in 2 months. Calling customer service only gets ...I'M SORRY...which doesn't cut it. Can't get a manager name of the deliveries coming out of LIVERMORE, CALIFORNIA to complain. Obviously they don't care about their customers but they did offer TO DISCOUNT ME THE DELIVERY CHARGE.....WOW!!!! NOW I CAN SEND MY CHILD TO COLLEGE. User's recommendation: Stay away.
