I have had the worst time trying to get help from this company. I created an online profile just so I could change my delivery to monthly instead of bi-monthly, and the first time I try to log in it kept telling me my password was expired. Once i got into my account, it wouldn't actually let me change my delivery options. I tried calling for help, but ReadyRefresh apparently charges 4.99 per call for customer service. Don';unRR So, User's recommendation: Run.
