Hello Costco, Whoever handles the crystal springs water delivery in Myrtle Beach, SC is totally incompetent and is tarnishing your name. My issue has remained unresolved after over a month, a minimum of 3 hours spent on the phone to customer service and numerous emails. My neighbor who is not a customer has been calling all month as well. My 4/6 delivery was sent to his house by mistake after one year of servicing my address.
