Will I ever get my fridge?

Just rescheduled my fridge for the 3rd time. After 6hrs on hold today - I learned that it is at the local PDX warehouse. Why can my husband and I not go pick it up at this point? Can't seem to get it on a truck but if it's there - let me pick it up. Please. Looking at...
