I need help with a return without an order number

I hate this company! Don't order from them you can never speak to a person all you get is a robot response. They only want to replace your order. I want a return. They never sent me a confirmation email, so I don't have an order number. Seems like they only want to keep your money and not really provide customer service! Don't order Dont User's recommendation: Don't order from them!
