Good afternoon, I recently purchased your PitBoss smoker Model: PBV3A1. I attempted a smoke and couldnt get the temp above 210 degrees F. I returned it and purchased another of the same make/model. (serial # CA107722****90.) I couldnt get this one over 225 degrees F. I adjusted the vents to all possible combinations and still no rise in temp. The chance of getting two faulty ones in a row I believe are low. Are there any know issues with this make/model? Please assist me in remedying the situation. Any questions please feel free to ask.
