Smoker issues

Very fine sending me a part out . Just can't say it's fixed yet until its fixed. Very nice guy glade I knew my homework . This is my first pellet smoker. Got it for Christmas want work on a weekend that I needed it but very nice info and sending me out the part to fix it I hope . User's recommendation: They well help you out and very nice .
