Hi, i have recently purchase the 5 burner griddle and i love it. Seasoned in real nice. On my 3rd cook i was making fajitas and mid cook the cooking plate bounced up and warped. It had been cooking for 30 minutes at this point. It jumped up about 9-10 inches luckily landing close to where it shouls sit in those holes. Just teetered being it warped. I finished up best i could and let it cool down it did straighten back out to almost flat but i do not want that happening again. Is there a way to secure it down?
