Hello, we purchased a vertical smoker from Lowes in April of this year. This past weekend, while smoking a boston butt, the smoker was at a temp of 225 for about 6 hours. Pellets were frequently checked, and water was added when necessary. While sitting outside, we heard a crack and looked to see entire glass window in the door shatter and break. This is the 2nd one weve had issues with. The first, incorrectly routed pellets to bottom of the smoker and caught fire, melting the fan. Not sure what the next course of action is. Im not comforted by another issue, and the fact that i can no longer log into pitboss to look at warranty info. We did register the product the day we purchased it.
