Grill not working right

since i got this grill in march it was ok til today. really did not produce much smoke like my brother in laws did. but was ok. now today of course the 4th 0f july it doesnt feed any pellets without being primed. then its very few. also when i prime it the set temp is gone and the grill keeps climbing. this is a pb850ps2. purchased from lowes in helena mt. for 500.00 on march 5th/ 21
