Debbie was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. She yelled at me when I said I expected better customer service. I moved to another rep. So far, I'd had 3 dates in 9 months - 1 didn't meet my education requirement and Debbie said she didn't know that. How could she not? There seem to be women, but very few men in my age category.
