I purchase a EverStart battery at Walmart less than a year ago. I purchased it actually in December 2020 now my battery went bad just last month I went to go get what the warranty promises......a free replacement, and they told me at Walmart that I had to pay 20 something dollars ,because it was an increase of 20 something dollars in 4 months time, to the cost of the battery. I desperately needed the battery so I paid it. But it states right on the battery: free replacement within 1 year of purchase. And they should honor their promise User's recommendation: buy a different brand of battery.
