Booked a condo two months out from arrival ... 10% paid for deposit ... for family issues, we had to cancel 5 weeks prior to usage. Their policy (hidden in the fine print as I later found out) states any refund on any cancellation must be made within 72 hours of the booking ... not the arrival! Know of no other hotel nor resort with such a policy ... half-ass backwards ... so they just pocketed my full deposit. Never again will we ever consider using them in the future. User's recommendation: They suck! ... all that needs to be said.
