Birthday flowers delivered with a note saying the card to go with was mislaid and they would post it on first class post. That didnt arrive and I didnt know who the flowers were from &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; upon enquiring was sent a note apparently meant for a stupid child with no apology or explanation. card arrived eventually with apology from Tyler
