Did not receive ticket prior to event and no refund/help

For my Friday show for Phish at Ruoff music center(8/6/21), I did not receive the ticket in the mail (a 2 day shipping that I ordered on Tuesday of last week 8/2-8/6) until this Monday (8/9/21). I would like a full return for this error in not receiving my ticket until 3 days after the concert. I still cant get through to anyone/the bot emails keep sending the same information about the help center that does say they are required to send me a full refund for this occurrence. Please help User's recommendation: DO NOT USE SEAT GEEK.
