It was the first time using SeatGeek and maybe or probably my last. It took me 2 days and 3-3 1/2 plus hours and then waiting 40 minutes to speak to a SG rep. All because the person wasnt sure if they wanted to release the ticket. What a joke. Overall for me going to a sporting event is always and should be a lot of fun. This game was with all that took place to secure a ticket the whole experience was absolutely NOT a pleasant experience or fun. SeatGeek needs to get its *** together. User's recommendation: Think twice before using seatgeek.
