GNothing happened, I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes and the rep hung up on me, I was actually connected for less than 2 minutes. I called three months ago for two tickets on a Saturday game to add on since my young kids are in town that weekend and the rep helped me purchase tickets for a Saturday night game and presented it as the game on Saturday, but the tickets were actually for a Friday game. My 7 &;;; 9 year old kids cant be there by themselves, which is why I needed the add on. It was miscommunication and misrepresentation.I need the two tickets that was purchased 3 months ago returned/refunded or something. User's recommendation: Verify the tickets are for the day you need them to be!! I was told my tickets were for Saturday and they were actually for Friday.
