I believe I purchased some kind of piece of crap watch from them. It came with no instructions and I don't even know how to make it work because the *** on the side moves the hands but can't open it for battery or doesn't wind. Anyway they are stealing $57 / month off me for the last 4 months. I can't believe I didn't notice, but that's the scam right? How do we get a refund. I called and they are closed naturally. Some people said they got a refund. How about sharing. User's recommendation: Don't get involved with this company.
