Web site problems and no responce

Trying to log into my account for three months. 1st month paid by phone because they couldn't help. second month still could not help.Escalated to IT supervisor to call me back in three days. Finally called me back 4 weeks later. So angry I hung up. Four weeks later? Really? Tried again today, same issues again. Kiva was nice and tried but couldn't help. promised to escalate and have them call back again 3 business days later. Considering their track record on call backs I am not hopeful. If they were a real business they would have no customers. Monopolies don't work. Privatize now.
