On hold/website not working

I have been on hold for over an hour. I had a representative pick up after 15 minutes then quickly transferred me before hearing that i need to start service. The website doesn't allow me past step 3. I have been trying to get service started and cannot get a l've person OTP. I don't have all day top be n hold. User's recommendation: have patience of SCE is the service provider for your area.
