Not great the woman repeatedly said she was taking notes on my complaint.Im sure cups wont be changed for my sake I think they at least could have offered me another coffee as most of mine went on me and the floor So I guess she will forward my complaint (or not). And I should skip gett coffee User's recommendation: Br your own cup.
