Poor tech support

I installed my system and can not log into my dvr. States incorrect password. I can log into it on my phone but resetting the password does not work. After 12 attempts and hours and hours and days and days of tech support stating either I have the wrong department or someone will call me back. The latest is that I call in and put into a queue that will call me back. They do an hour later but when I say hello they hang up and then I have to call back and wait another hour. I have been transferred to tier 2 tech support and now warranty. They said they would email me a label and no email... I just want to remove the 8 cameras throw it in a box and get my money back!!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy this product!!!
