On August 2 at 7 PM I was playing in the lions share community cash promotion. At 7:24 I was playing the game Galacticos, I switched games and started playing Dazzling Sun. The community cash promotion dropped somewhere between 724 and 7:26 PM every person playing a game received a community cash payment of $39.76. I did not receive the payment. I immediately called customer support and I was told a bunch of different things. I have contacted your customer support at least 10 times in trying to resolve this I get all different answers they have no idea what Im talking about I have sent numerous emails containing screenshots with no resolution insight. Your support team is horrible they have no clue User's recommendation: Be careful when playing in the Lions share Promotion.
