Original review updated by user May 04, 2021 I have the same issue because I dont have time to be finding what are the process for returning/exchange this lid and I just want to talk to customer service but it seems that there is no way to get in contact with anyone! I list my phone number but I havent received any call! Waiting to see if anyone is Available to call me User's recommendation: Probably no.
