Went to the mellow mushroom in Port Orange. I wait an hour by the end of the experience for half an avocado hoagie and a California club sandwich. Since we all know the chicken is pre-cooked I’m not certain why it took more than 10 minutes. At 45 minutes I made my parents leave with my two year old to go back to the hotel next door. This was a gift to your restaurant as my Dad was about to get loud and angry with your manager. He was pretty tired of hearing his two year old grand daughter complain that she wanted to eat. He wasn’t mad at her. He was pissed at your restaurant. 5 minutes later after being given the bill and asking for our food to go I spoke to your manager. Having worked at restaurants myself I quietly explained the problem. He did not charge us for our food. He was very polite and apologetic. 10 minutes after that I was finally given our food.
