I left a review but realized that I needed to delete it. This website provides absoutely NO way to delete your reviews. You have to email them. And when I emailed them, I got stuck in a horrible feedback loop of "Thanks for contacting us, someone will be with you shortly" emails. This has been a nightmare. I just want to delete a review. Nothing should ever be this hard. User's recommendation: Can't delete reviews once submitted.
