Original review updated by user Jun 20, 2021 I purchased a small upright Criterion freezer from Menards in Evansville, Indiana. I mailed the card included with the freezer in order to register the purchase with the Criterion Product Support in Miami, FL. The card came back to me marked by USPS as an attempt to deliver was made and no forwarding address was available. I need the address to mail the card to. Thank you!
