Defective OUKITEL K9 Cell Phone
I have submitted several Tickets regarding my OUKITEL K9 cell phone that I purchased and have not yet received a response. The first one I submitted was almost 2 weeks ago and your website said I would hear back within 48 hours. The reason I am needing support is that the volume, even at max does not produce an adequate volume level. I am becoming impatient regarding your non response and need an answer for either repair or replacement. This cell phone is still under your manufacture warranty and I need an answer. I purchased the phone online from Amazon.com over 2 months ago and they referred me to you because they will not return it after 30 days.
