Denial
I filled out an application for care credit and received immediately a denial with reasons that absolutely did not match my profile. I called and the person I was speaking with was not helpful at all. I explained to her that the reasoning for denial sent to me was based on late payments and low credit score etc. that couldn't have been my profile because my credit is good I have no late payments, no charge offs etc. All she would say is that she understands but there's nothing she can do. Synchrony Bank you need to revamp your approval policy because something is clearly wrong. User's recommendation: Don't bother.
