I have purchased Samsung A21s on 2 Sept. 2020 by this date till now I faced many problems day by day reached to customer care but there also I am not satisfied I only want now to replace my phone because I faced many mentally harassment and financial harassment I hope you would response. And according to law also you have to compensate for these harassment which I have faced in last 10 months. Thank you
