We took our puppy Tipsy there as recommended by Pet Smart Banfield Hospital as our Vet there could not see him for several days. Tipsy was there for 4 hours as they took tests on him, and they then released him to us to take him home. The next day Tipsy was worse so we called them. They recommended we bring him back for more tests which we did. They took Tipsy into the hospital and left him alone for 5 hours before the Vet went to look at him. When they pulled him out of the bin he had a massive coronary and died. We were told later that the first Vet should have recommended keeping him overnight and giving him IV fluids. Debora K.
