Privilege as loyal customer
Dear customer service, I have been a loyal customer with Maxis for 20 over years till today. Though I have been offered greater package from other network provider but I continually preferred Maxis than others. I feel it is time to Maxis to offer me better package or offer as a token of appreciation. I do compared the total amount that I'm paying each month is way higher than what other network provider is offering. I believe my request will be given due consideration.
