My unit went to auction and magically all my paper work was lost and they had no idea how much it sold for or any other info at all. The manager straight hangs up in my face when I try to inquire about my unit. Any amount over what was owed life storage after the sale goes to the owner of the unit (depending on Ur state) it sure seems suspecious that that can't find the records. Sounds to me they wanna keep my money! Still almost a year later, no answers! User's recommendation: Watch um' they're sneaky.
