Original review updated by user Feb 16, 2021 I asked a stewardess a simple question about if they offer wifi and she acted so rude with here answer. This is the second time It's happened to me in the only 2 flights I've had with this horrible airline. I've noticed and read from so many other people who have complained about the same thing and so many other. I think if the majority of people would look up places of business ratings and or complaints before they shop, Including Airlines, We could make a difference and put them out of business as they don't deserve to exist. User's recommendation: Do not fly on Volaris.
