I needed to change a flight that I had already paid a transfer fee on and they wanted to charge me again. I called the number 866-988-**** which is the number I got off of pissedconsumer.com the first time I called they I spoke with Pastor and his badge number is 1670 then he disconnected me then I called back and I spoke with saran and he refused to give me his ID number and then he disconnected me I called back a third time and they just simply disconnected me is there any way that anyone can help me User's recommendation: Do not use volaris airlines I have been using this company for over 30 years as have all of my family and friends and everything was fine then I encountered an issue due to Covid and I have gotten nothing but I’m wanting to triple charge me after I have already paid close to $1000 is there anybody that can help me.
