So a family emergency cane up and I needed to cancel my flight last minute and volaris tells me that I cant cancel it because they dont give refunds so now I get the short end of the stick and lose 256$ because they cant simply give me credit with them or give me my money just so you guys know volaris is a scam and will never flight with them ever again they are trash and just want your money its never about the customer even though we pay there salaries User's recommendation: Never.
