Last night we made a reservation, but we pressed pm instead of am for the same day flight. We called within 10 minutes after receiving our confirmation number , and realizing it. After multiple calls and finally getting to a live person, to change to that other flight, they charged us $800. Our flights were less than that. I call it robbery. User's recommendation: Do not use Volaris airlines. If you must, plan on losing lots of money if you make a change.
