I bought a couple of garments from Harry Fashion aka Leathercult back in October 2020. One of the garments was delivered to my house in the US in November. Upon arrival i immediately noticed it was undersized. I contacted their bad customer service ERICA, and after a lot of push back finally she admitted that it was undersized (mind you I had to keep sending pictures). I received authorization to return the garment and receive a new one as per their return policy, however once they got the my garment back, they demanded another U$80.00. I said absolutely NO. ERICA kept with her unhelpful service, and told me that they would patch my garment using parts of the garment returned and patching it with a new back... like creating a franskenstein garment. I said absolutely not! The entire jacket was undersized, but people like ERICA who don't really have good understanding of basic common sense, wanted to send me the Frankenstein jacket back... the emails were very tense and the friction btw the 2 of us was almost palpable. Eventually while we were at it, she sent me a package here to my house in the US. Not having allowed anything to come back yet and fearful for mine and my family well being I refused to receive anything from her and her miserable company. Since then I contacted Maharasthra Consumer Helpline and they contacted this miserable company, yet this miserable company hasn't replied. I contacted Paypal and Paypal has sent my complaint to them, they have a few daus to reply.
