I have tried to get Through to teletext on five different occasions waiting over an hour on each one I want to cancel my holiday which was the 9th of August this year until the same time next year due to Covid the days are passing by and I cannot get through I have also emailed you once before and had no reply I am getting so so fed up and I am wasting so much of my time you need more staff User's recommendation: Don’t book with teletext.
