Refund from April 2020

Hello, My policy number TT767784, holiday packed been cancelled for COVID-19 regulations. Had several email send to customer service due of refund, all bank details been supplied. Now last 3 weeks keep ringing to customer service who is dealing with refunds, still didnt received a refund. Can anyone let me know when I can expect a refund? Thanks, Audrius N
