Technical issue

I have a Ford Explorer limited 2012 model Recently my cars media is working only when the outside temperature Is getting to 100F high . Can you please send me the exact instructions to make it work again . However , I rather prefer to get to one of your service station in Israel and get it fixed without any additional charge .
