Calling about a product and the cost

You advertised a shark vacuum, for $199, there was no noticed that the product had changed I ordered it and because I had a question about whether it was the pet vacuum I got customer service or rather a rep who told me that it was too bad the product was going to cost me $349 $150 more than advertised. Its cheaper on Amazon. I am a long-standing customer customer, and that has not happened to me before. I told the rep that there was not the usual prices may be changed, and she said that may or may not be true but that was too bad, in a nice way, and suggested I call customer service. I would like a call back because if we cannot resolve it I will cancel the order
