Apple Molina in WA is terrible. They are rude and incompetent. Even a simple questing regarding who my PCP is was imposible for them to answer correctly. They lost records somehow? They state my PCP at a line that does not answer and a clinic that went out of business. I spent 7 months trying to get authoriztion from Neurologist medically indicate tests denied. Over 7 months repeatedly calling between the two each blaiming the other. One thing is clear.
